Specialist Accreditation

To be admitted by the Law Society of New South Wales as an Accredited Specialist a Solicitor must have practised in law for a minimum of 5 years and worked exclusively in their chosen area of law for a minimum of 3 years. Achieving Specialist Accreditation is a difficult process and only a handful of Solicitors pass the grading at each admission opportunity.

The Law Society of New South Wales have stringent requirements and testing in place when a Solicitor applies to become an Accredited Specialist. To be accepted as an Accredited Specialist, Rebekah was required to provide examples of her existing work on files, undertake work and provide advice on a mock file as provided by the Law Society and present in person, her ability to provide accurate, specialised advice and understanding of a complex Family Law matter.

When you choose Rebekah to represent you in Family Law, you are ensuring that you are not just represented by a Solicitor who works in Family Law, you are selecting someone who is a certified specialist in Family Law by a governing body.  To book an appointment with Rebekah, please contact our Office Manager, Catherine Van Luenen on 02 4655 4224 today.
