Wills & Estates

Why do I need a will?

A will ensures that your assets are distributed according to your wishes after your death. It also helps minimise potential disputes among your beneficiaries. Our team can help you draft a legally sound will that reflects your intentions.

What happens if I die without a will?

Dying without a will (intestate) means your assets will be distributed according to State laws, which may not align with your wishes. It can also lead to delays and additional costs for your loved ones.

How often should I update my will?

It is recommended to review and update your will every 3 to 5 years, or whenever there is a significant change in your circumstances, such as marriage, divorce, the birth of a child, or acquiring substantial assets.

Property and Law Conveyancing

What is conveyancing?

Conveyancing is the legal process of transferring property ownership from one party to another. It involves preparing and reviewing legal documents, ensuring compliance with laws, and managing the settlement process.

How long does the conveyancing process take?

The conveyancing process typically takes between 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the transaction. Our conveyancers will keep you informed throughout each step of the process.

Do I need a lawyer for conveyancing?
