An Advance Care Directive, which is also known as a ‘Living Will’, is a document that is often created at the same time as an Enduring Guardianship document.
An Advance Care Directive records the level of care and treatment you are willing to accept for yourself in the event that you cannot communicate those wishes to your family members or doctors yourself.
As with an Enduring Guardianship document, you must be 18 years of age and meet capacity requirements to create this document.
Our Camden solicitors at Family Focus Legal are compassionate and patient in the drafting of these documents and will take the time to make sure you and your family members fully understand the effect or implications of them in the future.
