Emily Veliz

Emily joined the Family Focus Legal team in June 2023 and now works as a Paralegal assisting our Principal Solicitor, Rebekah Gates.

Emily has extensive experience in the legal and hospitality industries, she was previously a Client Services Officer in the Local Courts of NSW and specifically worked for a period of time in the Childrens Court as a Court Officer.

Emily was also an Assistant Border Force Officer working at various locations and prior to that worked as a Legal Secretary for the Crown Solicitors.

Emily has also completed a Bachelor of Business and Commerce.

Outside of work Emily enjoys spending time with her family and friends and also decorating cakes!
