Kristina joined the Family Focus Legal in April 2016 and immediately became an integral part of our team.
Prior to admission Kristina worked as a Paralegal at a boutique Family Law firm gaining experience in all areas of Family Law, particularly children’s matters. Kristina has also worked as a Solicitor for a General Practice firm where she has gained experience in drafting Wills and Estates documents, as well as resolving civil disputes.
Kristina has completed a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Western Sydney, holds a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and a Bachelor of Social Science majoring in Criminology. In May 2020, Kristina completed her Masters of Applied Law (Family Law).
Kristina is constantly seeking out ways to continually develop her knowledge and skills and takes on all opportunities to further her legal education.
In 2018 Kristina completed her specialist training to become a qualified Collaborative Lawyer.
Prior to becoming a Solicitor, Kristina worked for a Federal government organisation where she gained experience dealing with people of all ages and backgrounds. Kristina values organisation and efficiency which allows her to provide high quality service to our clients.
Kristina is able to take instructions in the Croatian language, and understands the diversity of cultural issues that clients face during family law disputes and they value her professional and friendly approach. Outside the office, Kristina enjoys baking, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
